Steps involved (6-8 months)

Step 1: firstly, grab those bananas, peel and chop them into your blender

Step 2: start blending and add a little water to achieve the consistency that you desire. Your puree is ready for consumption (you might add formula milk or breast milk if you wish)

Mashed option (8-11 months)

Step 1: peel the banana and place them in a bowl

Step 2: with the help of a fork or masher, mash it to the required consistency and serve your baby warm

Finger food option (10-14months)

Step 1: peel the banana, chop them into smaller cubes that your baby can pick and place them in your baby’s plate and serve.
