- 1 medium tomato
- 1 small onions

- 3 medium potatoes
- Small cod fish fillet
Steps in preparing it
Step 1: Grab your potatoes, wash, peel, and cut them into small pieces
Step 2: In a pot, add your potatoes, and enough water to cover about an inch and your sliced onions to it. Bring it to a boil for about ten minutes
Step 3: While waiting for your potatoes to boil, wash your tomatoes, chop them, and put them in a separate plate, and spinach
Step 4: After about ten minutes of boiling the potatoes, you would notice that it is getting tender, then add your cod fish, salt, and tomatoes to it and reduce the heat, allow it to cook for about 4 minutes
Step 5: Add your spinach, stir it, and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes before bringing it down
Step 6: Transfer to food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency or mashed it to desired consistency depending on your baby’s age.
Step 7: Serve baby and store the rest in the refrigerator
